Access Arrangements

I have been completing assessments since 2019. I have experience of assessing in:

  • Schools
  • Colleges
  • Alternative provision

Schools and colleges covered in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire and Powys. If you are from further afield, please do reach out to discuss your requirements.

I offer bespoke services according to individual centre needs. Assessments can take place on a group or 1:1 basis to accommodate your requirements.

This service includes:

  • An initial consultation to discuss your needs
  • A bespoke plan for assessment based on the needs of students and number of students to be assessed within the cohort
  • Assessment using a wide range of pyschometric tests to investigate difficulties faced by students
  • Completion of Part 2 of Form 8
  • A Summary Table of Results for each individual student
  • Detailed discussion of findings at the end of each assessment period
  • Ongoing consultation and support following assessment

The following qualifications enable me to carry out assessments for access arrangements in exams:

I maintain an up to date knowledge of the JCQ regulations by attending JCQ Access Arrangements Update/ Refresher courses for General Qualifications at the beginning of the academic year. I also ensure that I have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the AARA document as it is updated.
